The beauty of having wheels is that we can pretty much go anywhere you wish. Have you got a city break planned before your skiing holiday? Are you visiting long lost relatives in the middle of nowhere? Whatever your circumstances, the chances are, we'll be able to get to your destination. All you have to do is ask!

YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER IS FRENCH, DOes that mean I NEED TO SPEAK FRENCH to call?

Our telephone number is French because we are a French registered company operating in France. You are not required to speak French on the telephone as we all speak English fluently. Don't be shy; give us a call!

I would like to make a reservation, what should I do?

Complete our online enquiry form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, with our price and availability. Sadly, driving and emailing isn't entirely legal. If we take longer than 10 minutes to respond, we're probably out on the open road doing what we love. Good things come to those who wait so, please be patient, and we will respond as soon as it is safe to do so. If you require a bespoke service which cannot be found on our website, please get in touch so we can begin to tailor your perfect service.

How will I find my driver?

The finer details of where your driver can be found are noted on your booking confirmation. Approximately twenty-four hours before your transfer, you will be in communication with your driver. We will keep a close eye on your flight information, even down to the time your luggage appears on the carousel. Once you have collected your skis, boards and bags, head through to arrivals where your driver will be waiting to greet you. If you can't find them immediately, do not fret! Give them a call, or head to the nearest coffee machine as after checking the long line of transfer drivers, that's usually your best bet!

THERE are SO MANY TRANSFER COMPANIES, WHICH ONE SHOULD I PICK?

As you trawl the internet, you will find millions of different airport transfer services, all claiming to provide the ultimate, cheapest, most expensive, fastest, slowest, poshest, most uncomplicated, comfiest ride in the world, ever. It can be hard to figure out what you really want. Our advice? If there is doubt, there is no doubt…

  • Chose the transfer company which fills you with confidence.

  • Chose the company that is proud to say they are legally operational.

  • Chose the company that is run by humans, not transfer robots.

  • Chose the company which will pander to your every need.

I’VE HEARD IT’S ILLEGAL for companies TO CARRY JUST ONE PASSENGER, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Due to a recent change in the law, it is now illegal for many transfer companies to carry one passenger. At Vanoise Prestige, we operate under a French VTC licence. VTC stands for 'Véhicule de Tourisme avec Chauffeur'. The local prefecture has vetted every business using this type of licence; the prefecture must also vet every single VTC driver.
Any transfer company operating under a VTC licence CAN LEGALLY CARRY ONE PASSENGER.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WISH TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Life happens, plans change; don't stress as that will only turn you grey! Our cancellation policy can be found here on our website.

Thankfully, most of the time, the snow is white and cold. At the side of the road, it tends to be a little bit brown. If it's yellow, don't go near it…
